For alumni who graduated
  1. from 2007 onwards, please verify the certificate on the OpenCerts platform.
  2. between 1999 and 2006, you may proceed to access the Graduation Verification Service below.
  3. before 1999 or graduates with scroll numbers starting with C, please email contactus@sp.edu.sg with the following details.
    1. Name (as shown in the diploma)
    2. NRIC/Passport Number/FIN No. (as shown in the diploma)
    3. Date of birth
    4. Course
    5. Year of Graduation
    6. Letter of consent from the graduate
    7. Scroll number (if any)

Singapore Polytechnic hereby draws your attention to the requirement to exercise due diligence when processing confidential data that has been released to you. Specifically, the data shall:
1. Be used for the intended purpose(s) of verifying our Graduates; and
2. NOT be shared with a third party without the explicit approval of Singapore Polytechnic, unless otherwise authorised or required by law;
3. Be properly secured and protected against loss, and against unauthorised access, use, modification, disclosure or misuse; and
4. Be disposed off securely after use.
